Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rudimint Inc. ("Rudimint", "we") collects when you visit rudimint.com, book a demo, or write to us, and what we do with it.

What this policy covers

This policy covers our public website and our conversations with people who are considering Rudimint.

It does not cover the data our customers send through the Rudimint service. That data is handled under the agreement we sign with each customer, which sets out how it is stored, isolated, used and deleted.

What we collect

When you book a demo, our scheduling provider collects your name, your email address, the time you pick, and anything you choose to write in the booking form.

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you send.

When you load a page, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We use PostHog to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and recordings of how pages are used, with anything typed into forms hidden. PostHog sets a cookie to recognise a returning visitor. This website does not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use what you give us to schedule and hold the conversation you asked for, to reply to you, and to follow up about Rudimint where you have shown interest.

We use technical logs to operate, secure and debug the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train models.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only so they can provide that service to us. Today these are Cal.com for scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and security, PostHog for website analytics, WorkOS for sign-in to the Rudimint dashboard, and our email provider.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and correspondence for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, write to founders@rudimint.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Rudimint is a service for businesses. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
