The website and the service are separate

These terms cover the website only. Use of the Rudimint service, including the dashboard at app.rudimint.com, is governed by the agreement between Rudimint and each customer. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

Information on this site

The site describes our product and publishes our research. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided for general information and is not a commitment about what Rudimint will deliver for any particular company.

Figures on the site, including cost, speed and accuracy comparisons and the savings calculator, come from our own testing or are estimates. Your results will depend on your workload, your current setup and your usage. The terms of any engagement are the ones written in your agreement with us.

Our content

The text, figures, research, design and code of this site belong to Rudimint or its licensors. You may read, share and quote them with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or present our work as your own, without our written permission.

Other companies' names and logos

Names and logos of AI providers and other companies appear on this site to identify products that Rudimint works alongside or is compared with. They belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean those companies sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Rudimint.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else's, to disrupt the site, or to scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Rudimint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rudimint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rudimint Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts located there.
